Over the years those who practice religion always seemed to try to change with the modern world. However, it can be very difficult to change when the religion you practice is thousands of years old, but this never stopped those who practice religion. I feel that a lot of the modern-day religions and the religions of the past seem to share a lot in common with each other such as the place they chosen to claim as their holy land which in the case of Christianity, Judaism and Islam all claim Jerusalem as their holy land. These religions are also all Abrahamic religions and worship basically the same god though the name may have changed to something else such as Allah which is Arabic for the word God. We can also see that Paul write a lot about women and how men should treat women and also how they should treat others. However, I do feel that Paul was not really interested in equal rights for women because he already figured them to be his equal. In the Jewish religion we can see women have always held in respect since biblical times. One of the most iconic Jewish heroes named Miriam who is considered to be one of the liberators of the Children of Israel along with her two brothers Moses and Aaron. In the Judaism more then seven out the fifty-five prophets were women. We can see even in the Ten Commandments that it is required to respect both the mother and the father. You can also see in the Talmud and the later rabbinical writings speaking of the wisdom of Berurya who the wife of the Rabbi Meir was.
