Maybe you have heard about immigrants from the middle east, but many people think they put our society in danger. They all think all immigrants are the same but they’re not. I know one person that has be recognized for her work multiple times and is still getting recognized today. Mona Hanna-Attisha. She is Iraqi-born, Detroit-raised (Source C). She is making a difference in the world. Her parents were Iraqi immigrants before she was born in the UK and later moved to the United States (Source A). Mona Hanna-Attisha is a great example through her hard work, her discovery of the Flint water crisis and her ongoing work to advocate for the children in need.
