I've always been a monster
And you know that
But in your arms you pull me closer
You were a pure white
Pressed against my ugly black
And when I tried to fight
And push
And claw
You stayed
You had me in awe
You wiped away the black
It was revealed to you that
I was human just like you
I had once been pure white too
Until that day
Gripped in my hand
I found out how to clear my way
Of the one I perceived as the enemy
But it didn't occur to me
The one I should've fought against
Was leaning against that rusty fence
You payed a price for returning my white
And you became as dark as night
I screamed
And shaked
And sobbed
And cried
Mourning your purity that had died
I caused you to be filled with blight
And thriugh the tears obscuring my sight
