Currently Morris Automotive is focus is Customer Service, this come from the time a part is ordered either over the phone or directly at the counter, down to the delivery of the part. They want the customer to be satisfied and happy with the service that they received so that they will obtain repeat business. The delivery time is set at a 30 min delivery time.
Training in customer service needs to be done from all levels at which the customer will received contact.
Currently there is no real training customer training that is provided to any employee. This needs to start with phone ediquate. Some customers have complained about the way they are treated over the phone and at the front counter. These areas are crucial because they are the first point of contact for the customer.
The reason they lack the training is because the managers and owners themselves need the training as well. This way they set the example for their employees. Currently employees have the same attitude as the managers. This attitude as trickled down to the customers
