It was also good to see the thoughts of gang leaders and what they felt was comfortable or a risk to them. Such as when Joseph was talking about he feels safer in prison then if he was released because he could be killed any moment for betraying the gang. Another interesting thing that the film did was actually take the time and explain ways for gang leaders to share information from one another in the SHU even if they have limited communication. On the other hand, the film lacked in trying to describe what are the benefits for gang members to enter the prison, like do they climb the rankings in their gang, do they get more pay, are their families living better lives because they go there, will they become future gang leaders if they go there? Instead, the film only states that gang members who go there are the worst of the worst and that if they went to the prison they earned the rights to. Overall, I would like the film to go in depth more about what are some of the real reasons that gangs wants to go there and what is their real motives are besides just learning how to be better
