The book and The movie are alike in some ways. In the book Mrs. Frisby and The Rats of NIMH Mr. ages makes medicine for timothy when he is in bed sick with pneumonia. The movie is the same way Timothy has pneumonia and Mrs. Frisbey has to go to Mr. ages to get medicine. Another similarity is Mrs. Frisbey has to go to the great owl to seek advice for moving timothy, without him going outside. The great owl also gives Mrs. Frisbey the same advice in the movie as he gives her in the book. …show more content…
One of the differences is when Mrs. Frisbey goes to Mr. Ages. In the book Mr. Ages is very nice and and he wants visitors but in the movie he is very unkind when Mrs. Frisbey comes to visit her and it seems he doesn't want visitors. Another difference is Mrs. Frisbey is named Mrs. Frisbey in the book but in the movie her name is actually Mrs. Brisbey and I find That to be an unusual difference. These are the differences between the book and the movie I think my favorite difference is the one about the names. I think it is very unusual to Change the main character's name in the movie to Mrs.
