In order to balance all of my various activities, I have to stay organized. My planner is my lifeline. Everything is written down in my planner and I mark off things as I accomplish them. If something is not written in my planner, it is not going to happen. I also have to prioritize. I have to prioritize events in my life and decide what is more important. My classes and responsibilities have to come before my personal wishes and desires. I have always been very dedicated and extremely organized so I feel as though balancing my activities is one of my strong suits.
Describe your communication style.
Overall, I believe I am an assertive communicator. I am an effective listener and do not judge others for their thoughts and opinions. I strive to be an effective listener to ensure all required tasks are understood so I can work to accomplish the goals of the team. I am dependable and take responsibility for my actions. Being an assertive communicator not only increases my self-esteem but also allows me to develop mutual respect for others.

Terri Speegle. I have known Mrs. Speegle for many years. She is kind, courteous, thoughtful and a person of excellent character. She is a wonderful elementary teacher but also an admirable lady to look up to. She will go out of her way to give advice or help a friend or colleague with a new project or idea. She loves children and wants to help make a positive environment for them to hear and learn and be prepared to get an education. It is a privilege to know Mrs. Speegle and I appreciate her genuine empathy for others.
