Personal Plan for Success Staying motivated and focused is very important to succeed. Reminding myself everyday of why I am going to school or working will help me stay focused. Sometimes you have to be your own motivation because some people do not want to see you succeed in life. I have a couple of goals set for myself to help me have a successful lifestyle. My main goal is a long-term goal. I want to have my associates degree in human resource management and be a medical assistant within the next four or five years if not longer. Sometimes I have so much to do in so little time, and sometimes I wait until the last minute to do things, which will cause me to stress and rush to get it done. Stress cause many things to happen to the body, such as, weight lose and gain, headaches, depression, high blood pressure, and many more other things. There are many time and stress management techniques that I will use to avoid having less time to complete tasks and stressing. Some techniques are planning carefully, avoid trying to do too much at a time, stay healthy and fit, avoid cramming, and develop a supporting team. My writing skills are not perfect but I think it is average. I make a couple of mistakes with spelling and punctuations. There are many supporting resources that are available by the university. Resources such as the university library, student workshop, center for mathematics excellence (CME), and center for writing excellence (CWE) are all good resources to
