In almost all cultures we find ourselves juggling many things all at once. We call this multitasking. I am sure you would not believe that you multitask sabotage the quality of your results. By the way, have you take a good look at the times you try to do two things at once, it just did not work the way you expected it to, right? I have observed people going crazy about how much they have to do and they do not have the time to do it all. But that is a false notion and assumption that everything will goes wrong if you do not get everything did. Have you realized that most times it's not all done and you woke up the next day not dead and the task is still there to be done. The conclusion is though; we all like to have things orderly. So where does juggling more than one thing at once comes from? Well that could be from external pressure to appease other people expectations. Maybe it's from our only fear of being perceived as inefficient and lacking speed to get things done. Or maybe it's just you are caught-up with the assume urgency of your culture. But can I tell you it's all in your head. Relax, it's time to take back control of your life and bring order for your everyday life. Order for your life is beautiful, it adds structure, foundation and peace of mind, who doesn't want that? When you have order for your life there is a better flow of processing and doing things. Think about it like this, why multitasking sabotage you of your best life. It lacks the ability to coordinate with the order of your brain cells. Multitasking is like telling a disable person with one hand to carry three containers all at once. I am not saying you cannot continue multitasking. What I am saying if want to enjoy your best life and live your full potential, you might want to revisit the idea of doing this one at a
