Today's beauty Media roads are full around with the male kroppsutseendet and there is a huge pressure that threatens people and their feelings of self-worth in a similar way as it has in women. Unchecked, this phenomenon and its harmful effects on identity end in tragedy for many lives. Freedom to acquire and cultivate a healthy emotional life requires that society, cooperation and self-respect replaces isolation, secrecy, competition and shame. The pursuit of perfection pursuit of perfection is exhausting and unrelenting, but as hard as we try, we can not turn off the tapes that fill our heads with voices "Never good enough" and "What will people think?" Why, when we know that there is no such thing as perfect achievement, why spend most of us an incredible amount of time and energy to be anything to anyone? Is it that we really admire perfection? No - the truth is that we actually are attracted to people who do not try to be anyone else but only themselves. For no matter how hard a person tries to be another person, then that person will always be the one trying to be someone else and that's just what is obtained by comparing themselves. A person can never be like another person, but the person can become the best version of themselves. We are sucked into perfection for a very simple reason; we think perfection will protect
