Music and Influence Music can be defined as an art and a form of socialization that makes use of sound and instruments. It can be used as a medium for creating influence on certain activities and trends. Most songs are always related to a certain theme, or a period of time, or events. Throughout the centuries, there have been numerous advances in the music industry from the use of simple instruments to classic ones. These changes are influenced by technological innovations (Naumann, Praeger & Ouseley, 2013).
The relationship of music to each decade from the 1960’s through 2000-2010 In the 1960s, the creation of Rock ‘n' Roll lit up the music genre portrayed by Bill Haley & His Comets. The band was founded in 1952, and it was associated with white musicians. The band achieved success by several top hits in the world including top charts.
