Suspect Interview: Once at the Muskogee Police Department, I showed Bryce to the Investigations Division and had him take a seat in Interview Room A. I asked if I could get him something to drink, such as coffee or water. He stated he was fine. I then stepped out briefly to gather my paperwork and a cup of coffee, then returned to the interview to conduct the interview. The following is a summary of the interview, not an exact transcript. As I returned, I asked Bryce if he was doing all right, other than this. He said he was. You had the opportunity to read over the search warrant so you should have a slight understanding of why you are here. Additionally, I wanted to reiterate that he was not in custody. I stated to him that he was here voluntarily and that he drove his own vehicle to the police department. You are free to leave at any point. All the doors are unlocked.
