There were five deaths on November 19 one 8 year old mare with old broken right hind leg and one 4 month old colt with old break in left hind leg two days later 16 horses were dead- the cause of the BLM government. The helicopters are running these horses from very long distances and often foals just can't keep up like the rest of their herd and break their legs. Horses can get trampled. They can sit and rot in a holding pen. Some can be adopted. Then they can be slaughtered.

A lot of people like mustangs for that reason. The foals get weaned after a certain amount of time and if it isn't done correctly the foal can become very bad tempered. Say the mother gets separated for some reason that foal is “scarred” and can be very mean and bitey. Mustangs have very strong teeth which helps them chew through very tough matter. So if they are in a different environment and they find something for them to eat it can be very tough and pretty hard incase they don't have much options.
Mustangs are technically a breed but originally not a breed. Because they have a unique blood stream so they have a unique temperatures. Some native americans and pioneers rounded up some mustangs to use because of their unique traits. They have stocky legs, good for jumping and running fast.
