My all-star newsroom would contain the following: My journalist would be Ida. B. Wells, Thomas Paine, Frederick Douglass, and Floyd Gibbons. The editor/publisher William Lloyd Garrison, the reporter would be Joseph Pulitzer, photographer would be Alexander Gardener, my wild card would be Thomas Nast.
The reason I chose Ida B. Wells as one of the journalists to be in my newsroom is because she was a very courageous and brave women. Although, she was a women and of “color” she still spoke out on segregation and was a very important black activist. I want someone like that in my newsroom because it ensures our news always stays honest and real. I chose Thomas Paine because he was a very influential person and very successful,
