2 water bottles
Lunch:
Pastrami Sandwich
2 slices of white bread
2 slices of pastrami
1 slice of cheese
1 slice of tomato
2 bottles of water
Dinner:
1 medium chicken drumstick
Cooked Spinach
2 bottles of water

I have not met the goals for grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, protein, and oil. I was under the recommendations for all subgroups; I have ate at least half of what myplate.gov recommended

I can improve more by eating more of everything in each group. Also having more variety in my diet. Especially in the dairy group.
