The staff explained to the Madison Simons that there are tactics and strategies he can use to help manage feelings of anxiety when he is in a relationship. The staff said if you find yourself developing overly dependent attachments, developing ways to cope with your anxiety and relying more on yourself to feel better can take the pressure off your partner or friend. The staff told Madison Simon if he finds himself becoming angry or suspicious in the relationship, first remind himself that this may be fueled by his anxiety.
