As I sit in a playground on this warm April vacation day watching my daughter play, it affirms me that we are the lucky ones when it comes to picking our careers. In contrast, It puzzles me when some leave the industry before they really get started at the same time amazes me to see so many professionals that put in countless years because they love their jobs.
