I talked with dealer’s representative and visited TATA dealership. Since we walked into dealership, I was very impressed by warm gesture and services offered to us by TATA Dealership staff. Mr. Anand Customer Sales / Relationship Manager came to greet us to find out our needs & best fit to match our requirement. As per our requirement I suggested us to go for TATA Manza & Indica Vista. But Manza car was little expensive and was over our budget. So as a Mechanical Engineer, I was comparing the technical specification of Indica Vista and Manza. I was impressed with Indica Vista due to technical specifications along with price. In a meanwhile Mr.Anand asked support staff to order Coffee and sandwiches for us and also offered a soft drink to my little one. Even though we said no to all this food, Mr Anand insisted us to have something which I considered as part of customer satisfaction.MR. Anand asked Technical Specialist to answer all my technical quarries. I liked Indica vista due to technical details and it have edge over other cars in millage. Technical specialist also put his vote on Indica vista after our discussion. After financial negotiations dealer’s director has given us free bumper to bumper warranty upto 100000 miles along with first year free oil changes (as he got to know that we had our previous car from same dealership 5 years back… from his computer records.) He also gave us 25000 Rs discount and free interior accessories like car mats and fog lights etc. So we had a great car buying experience & with in only 2 hours the car was with us on road.
