A leader from my past experience whom I consider to be successful in their role is my former 9th grade Physical Science teacher Natasha Wright. Natasha is a wife and mother of one child, which is a boy. She is short and skinny, with dark skin and dreads down the middle of her back. Two leadership traits that made her successful are honesty and compassion. The way that she demonstrated honesty is she always told you the truth, no matter how you feel about it. If you were failing she would pull you on the side and say “you are a good student but you haven’t been doing well and if you continue on this track, unfortuanetly you will fail this class.” She tried her best to help everyone to be successful.
