I would give them a B because they helped at the time, but then a lot of them where considered unconstitutional. Some of them were considered unconstitutional because the supreme court was made up of old men who had the old view of laissez-faire, which was that the government should be hands off to businesses. Some were deemed unconstitutional because they enforced illegal taxation. The National Recovery Administration was deemed unconstitutional because the supreme court thought that it was doing away with their freedom of contract, specifically for the National Recovery Administration it was restricting the companies freedom to sell their labor for less than the minimum wage. The Agricultural Adjustment Administration was deemed unconstitutional
