Native American Mythology had created from ancient migration. The people from North Eastern Asia came out for gathering and hunting. Finally, the travelled across the Bering Sea and came to American. It had happened during the Ice age (*1). Moreover, some people travelled from Siberia to Alaska during that time. All those events had happened approximately 28000 years ago. (*1)
There are a lot of unique aspect of Native American Mythology. First of the religious believe. Native Americans are the believer of high deity. A lot of Native American tribes are the believers of multi creative forces such as Father Sky, Mother Earth etc. Tirawa people were the believers of Sun and Moon (*1). However, the creative sources that believed by the Lakota people are Sun, Sky, Earth and Wind. Other Native American tribes were also the believer of some sorts of creative source.
Third unique aspect of Native American is their tricksters. Mostly the hunters or the group who had conjugated with hunting had considered as the tricksters in Native American Mythology. It’s because the Native American Mythology had created from the people of hunting. There are few interesting character trait of the trickster. Most of the tricksters in Native American Mythology are male. Interestingly they were representing uncertainty. He used to do upsets and delivered confusions (*1).
