The New Jersey Plan was displayed as eleven resolutions drafted by William Paterson were altogether proposed by representatives from the small states. New Jersey Plan was a legislature of one and only house and offered equivalent representation in which each one state had the same number of delegates. The objective was for smaller states to have the same level of force in the legislature as the large states. The New Jersey Plan, in the same way as the Virginia Plan, additionally called for Separation of Powers comprising of legislative, official, and judicial branches.
