4/23/18, CSW Anderson received hotline alleging lack of supervision [20181100369] from CSS FINLEY. Hotline alleging Niara Cook, the mother left her two-year-old son in an idling car while Cook berated (“banging on a plexiglass, throwing a fit”) inside a community services agency seeking for utility assistance. CSS FINLEY stated that CSW STACIE EMERSON visited the residence two times but no answer.
1130 hours CSW Anderson spoke to the reporter and allegations confirmed.
1310 hours CSW Anderson arrived at the residence and knocked on the door but no answer.
1315 CSW Anderson consult with CSS FINLEY where a telephone number was provided and instruct to call Cook.
1320 CSW Anderson spoke to Cook viaphone where Cook said she is at a nearby Walmart and agreed to meet CSW Anderson at her residence at 1335 hours.
1350 hours CSW Anderson met Cook, her child, Truett Declude [2-year-old] and Cook’s…show more content… CSW Anderson then met with School Principal, Dr. Carlson, and child, Samya Laylynn [without Cook present]. Samya claim that she is 9 years old and " hated school." further into questioning, Samya stated that school is "stupid too much to learn." when CSW Anderson ask Samya what can the school due to motivate Samya to like School; send me your claim this year play the video game.
Samya said she sometimes stays at her dad's house or with her mom and her brother at the apartment. Samya did not indicate if anyone has ever done undesirable things to her or her brother such as physical discipline. Samya claims that they offer food at home and that she never goes hungry. Send know does not know what it meant to be safe neither does Samya knows what to do if she feels unsafe been around anyone.
