Mrs.Clea Ning has asked me to make her a better system for tracking her customers, service dates, and customer payment by using excel. As her business grows she needs her home cleaning workbook expanded. I have included information so she can better track her customers, services dates, customer payments, revenue and customer quotations. I have used both Microsoft word and excel to better organize her business so it can grow and continue to be successful.

1. Mrs. Clea Ning wants a graph of her customer growth over the past 3 years (starting with Assign 1 as year 1) and then 2 years for Assign 2 and then projected outward for the next 2 years using some tool that she heard was available in Excel somewhere under charts…

It is estimated in year 4 that there will be 34 customers
It is estimated in year 5 that there will be 37 customers

2. Mrs. Ning also wants graphs that represents her current number of clients by day and by home size and by percentage of her revenue – you should use more than 1 graph for this requirement.

3. Mrs Ning wants to know how she could group her clients into morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) appointments to help with her scheduling and to see where she may be able to take on more clients. As well as she also wants to be able to move all her corporate clients to Saturdays as many have requested this due to it being more convenient for them. So she wants you to create a table that you could use to look up clients current schedules and identify which ones are scheduled for the AM and which ones are scheduled for the PM. During the week only Medium and Large clients can be done in the morning whereas Small clients should be done in the afternoon. She also wants you to then use tools like conditions to help identify clients like her corporate ones that may need to be rescheduled to another day. As always please show her your formulas so she knows how you did it and so she can play around with it herself sometime

4. Mrs. Clea Ning has found that in addition to wanting you to restrict choices (using a tool in Excel) that the user has to make during data entry to avoid typos or other mistakes that allows users to choose from a preselected list of choices during data entry she also wants certain cells restricted from access period so that the user can not go into them and change them - such as the rate table that is used for her home cleaning price quotes. Provide her with this and create a
