Nonprofit sector provides its employees the most challenging and rewards paths. The mission, vision, goal and objectives touch almost every important and critical issue of the society and the growth of the sector means that more and more employee chose to work and dedicate their carriers working with charity or nonprofit organizations. According to a study the none for profit sectors is Afghanistan third largest employment behind agriculture and manufacturing sector. The sector engages more than 15.7% national workforce. the jobs being provided by none for profit organization can mean being employed by some of the largest and most prestigious organization in the world or in very small organization that are only beginning to establish themselves. The goal of this study is to find different ways in which nonprofit employees are engaged and the impact of employee engagement and disengagement upon employees, nonprofit organizations and communities. Employees form the core of all organizations both profit and nonprofit. The ability of organizations to meet and exceed goals and objective is mainly determined by the talents, skills and efforts of workers. Engagement of nonprofit talent is important not only for the current work force but also for the recruitment of future leaders and employees into the sector.
