Once the internal audit is completed and observation findings have been documented, VP, Laine Finnegan needs to review the information himself. Then review audit report with management. Together, VP and Manager can create clear goals and milestones for the items completed to contribute to the cause. What control could you use to measure progress toward the goal? Once a plan is implemented, the task of managers is to monitor the plans and evaluate. Managers must be ready with an alternative plan or suggest corrective measures in case the plan does not go as intended.
