1. What is the difference between a. and a. What did you learn from this project? Throughout the course of this project, I was really pleased with how much I learned about the regulatory surveillance process. It was a relatively new world for me, and it was very interesting to see what happened. surveillance looks like for such a large entity as UPMC. I also think it prompted me to learn and think about tailoring information to certain audiences in a different way. I have learned in previous courses about targeting information to public audiences/ best practices to reach them, this project however helped me to think about how to tailor information to UPMC employees and what would be the best ways to label and group new regulations.

2. What is the difference between a'smart' and a'smart'? What did you find relatively easy? Conceptually, our project was relatively easy to understand. The deliverable that I primarily focused on prompted me to think critically about what the best way to present a large amount of information to departmental compliance officers, administrators, and physicians. Distilling down lengthy documents and laws with a variety of dates attached to them in order to provide the quickest reading possible while still getting the point across. When creating the example dashboard, I was required to think about which information would be the most important for viewers to see in order to know if the regulation was pertinent to their department.
