Working with offline files is easy. We just choose the files (or folders) on network that we want to make available offline. Windows automatically creates a copy of each file on computer. These copies are called offline files. We can work with these files even when we're not connected to the network, and the next time we connect, Windows will automatically sync offline files with the original files in the network folder.
