The graphics design department needs a computer with a hard drive with at least 1TB of storage. The options are a solid state drive or a hard disk drive. A solid state drive is faster, smaller, and less likely to be damaged by shock. However, it has a higher cost. Then there’s a hard disk drive, cost per MB is cheaper than a solid state drive, and can store several TB of data. The down side is that it can be easily damaged if dropped and is slower. The designers will also need a CPU with a fast clock speed and dual-core or quad-core 64-bit processing.
