II. Innovation, Intervention and Strategy The ability to perform multiplication extensively, fluently, and with rapid memory can boost a learner's confidence in the subject. Additionally, when learners’ progress through their school years and the mathematics they are taught becomes more complex, it will make it easier for them to expand on their skill set. After basic multiplication, division and long multiplication are usually introduced to children. Students will find the next phases considerably more daunting in the absence of this fundamental knowledge. With this, Interactive TicTacToe Game was launched and tested its effectiveness in enhancing the multiplication skills of grade 4 learners. Utilization of the interactive TicTacToe Game on ppt and on board will be employed as an intervention. There were numbers that were multiplied every week. Multiplication was done gradually until learners reached the 3 digit numbers by two digit numbers to be multiplied. Every week, the teacher introduced 10 selected questions about multiplication from 1 digit to three digit whole numbers. Week 1 and 2 was on multiplying 1 digit by 1 digit number. Week 3, was on multiplying 2-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers without regrouping and week 4 with regrouping. Week 5 focused on multiplying 3-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers without regrouping and week 6, with regrouping. Then week 7, on multiplying 2 digit numbers by 2-digit numbers without regrouping, week 8, with regrouping. Finally, week 9 and 10 was about multiplying 3-digit by 2-digit numbers without and with regrouping, respectively. The teacher prepared a slide deck of weekly questions to be answered by the players. The game is played by two players per
