State four positive points Mary should emphasize when discussing smartphone technology. Smart phone applications (APPS) are being prescribed to patients. They are being used to interact with patients, and assess/monitor their health (McGonigle & Garver Mastrian, 2015).
Quick access to healthcare records and ability to maintain them (Ventola, 2014).
Easy and quick communication and consultation between health care providers (Ventola, 2014).
Information gathering and referencing is easily accessible (Ventola, 2014).

Hold a bachelor's or higher degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Have practiced the equivalent of 2 years full-time as a registered nurse.
Have completed 30 hours of continuing education in informatics nursing within the last 3 years.
