RESULT & DISCUSSION
4.1 Solidwork 2014 mini Tractor Design
There are two design that have been created with the solidwork 2014 software. Design 1 in figure 4.1 is passes the tests using simulation with 6 loaded. In the other hand, Design 2 in figure 4.2 only passes on third stages of the tests using simulation with six loaded but we not continued the tests after the third stages because we conclude the maximum weight for design 2 only at the third stages which is loaded with 300kg only. This result shows that this design can bear with this load without being broken. Figure 4.8 The test result for 600kg load (Plate view)
From the result above we can see that, the result of design 1 that passes until the 6th stages. At the 6th stages in figure 4.8 we can see at the plate view where there is a slightly red area between forces that hold the plate (green arrow) and the forces that load is apply (Purple arrow). The red area shows the maximum limit for the plate can hold. In the other hand, after reach load of 600kg the plate is broken. The plate look bend a little because of the load applied.
