One there was this server which meant the world to me. I had spent hours upon hours on there and it didn't last long, it got better and worse I guess you could say. I applied and got accepted but the bad part was I wasted so much time to it when ta staff member said to me, in fact everyone said to be 'Good Job' 'You rock' they made me cry for real. After the shortest time (4 days) I got a opportunity to get promoted to SR mod. I decided not to take it because it would make a more pound of stress on me. I got the chance again so this time I toke it. I got a lot of skills (all of them) from all the staff on this server. I would get tutorials on how to use plugins and how to use plugins and deal with certain people. The servers taught me a lot in ways to respect people and show that I care. I have a lot of positions and on Valux I may have applied a lot but that was when I didn't see my fate. Anyway. Once people promoted to Senior Moderator I had a chance to help the community. It was a server called ParaPots. This was a good server where I could learn a lot about punishments. My position on this server was I made it up to Moderator before I resigned. Now ParaPots had so much to offer as I could seek out so many people hacking and mute the spammers. In my training course I learnt how to mute and ban people and the proper guidelines. Now the guidelines where located in a secret place of the documents on the google docs. Now listen to me when I say that they punish staff members hard. I made one little tiny mistake by muting several people when I accidentally muted a staff member. Now this costed me an infraction. What I learnt from this was that you can make mistakes and not beat yourself up about
