In order to make better decisions and not be faced with costly surprises, it is essential for all company to perform risk assessments. Some of these risks are in obvious places but goes unnoticed until it’s too late, so we need to identify them early and form a mitigation plan.
Quantitative and Qualitative Risks

Router misconfiguration Configuring the wrong default route on a router. Low; since the configurations are pretested before put in use. Moderate; as this could cause lost of packet when a destination cannot be found. High; as a technician can easily correct the problem after it is identified.

Post Implementation Support We will provide post implementation support to Wardrone once a month. For this we will do an audit to see if the policies put in place are being used. A vulnerability assessment will also be done to find new vulnerabilities that might have arisen. A penetration test will also be done to try to exploit those vulnerabilities found in the assessment. We will also add or alter security policies as needed, to improved security. This support will continue to keep Wardrone safe from the evil hackers around the world.
Post Implementation Support Resources
No other resources will be needed for the post implementation support, unless a device has been damaged and is no longer under warranty. We will just need a manager to sign a waiver that you are giving us permission to test and scan the network.
