Effective stakeholder management within a project is essential for project success and particularly when managing multiple initiatives. This involves regular and clear communication of deliverables, timelines and costing together with changes to the scope and schedule as they occur. I am in regular contact with a range of customers, contractors, board members and consultative committees. I find that using different communication styles when communicating with these diverse groups enables more efficient communication.

I believe the basis of good communication is the ability to both send and receive written and oral messages in a clear, concise, courteous and accurate manner. I possess excellent communication skills, proven by my ability to listen attentively, speak clearly, write concisely, and compile well-researched and factual information in a structured and direct manner. During my career and university studies I have demonstrated excellent written communication skills. I have drafted contracts and legal paperwork, and written detailed reports, presentations, journal papers, tenders, policies, procedures, letters and minutes.
However, during my Master of Science in Science, Management, I completed several research subjects which involved scientific and medical journal article critical reviews, research papers, performing statistical analysis and Google Scholar. Two of my MSc completed statistical subjects, and Power, Politics in the healthcare system during these subjects I learnt to read a large volume of climate change and healthcare government policy and to make recommendations based on my critical findings. During this investigation process I found a lot of public data, newspaper articles and government press releases to be completely misleading.
