I have selected two assignments from NU 303 Nursing Research. The first assignment that I selected was a literary of an article about Preventing Medication Errors with the use of Electronic Medical Records. I selected this assignment because I believe that electronic medical records have helped tremendously to reduce the number of medication errors. I was a nurse when we used paper medical records. It was dangerous when you could barely read what the physician wrote. Unlike others I was very happy to see electronic medical records arrive at our hospital.
