I am a very active person. I play tennis at least 4 times a week and when I’m not playing tennis, I am usually playing soccer or Ping-Pong with my friends. Not only do I exercise regularly, a lot of the time I like to exercise because tennis and soccer are things I love to do whether I’m with friends or just practicing by myself. I also get some exercise by walking my dog and of course, walking up and down the stairs at Tam. I consider myself to be fit but I have a weak immune system and I get sick a lot. Although I am fit, I am one of the least flexible people that I know and I am hoping that yoga will help with this problem. My physical condition is very important to me because it influences what I can and can’t do in life
My nutrition can vary. I try to eat healthily but during vacation and at parties of some sort I will let myself off the hook and end up eating unhealthily. However, because I exercise regularly, I don’t really worry about my
