It’s a proven fact women and men lie about how much they weigh because they are self-conscience, this is what our society has come to be. While Obesity is a worldwide struggle for children and adolescents following into their adult hood, even though quite a bit has been done to prevent it, it’s nowhere near enough. This society needs to be doing more and wanting better for one’s self and as a whole. Obesity is reaching epidemic proportions, it’s the plague of the twenty first century. Something that people don’t know is the food that our bodies don’t use for energy gets stored as fat, and then that fat turns into fuel for our brains and muscles when food isn’t present in our body.
