Destinee: Do you feel your role as a professional has changed since you first entered the field? If so how?
Yes, a lot of things have changed since I first started working with kids. The preschools have more resources that are extremely helpful. We have the new machine that allows us to sanitize and clean all the toys more frequently. We also have new technology that helps us stay more connected with the parents.
Destinee: What do you think your role is in the classroom and in your community?
Ms. Sarah: My role is to provide great quality care to all the children and teachers. I communicate with everyone including the parents, whenever anyone needs help I'm the one to see. It’s my job to supervise and watch over the children and teachers.
