In my play, Ocean View High School, I had the main character Sophia get betrayed by her friend Zack and Jacob and I used many different stage directions and props to express what was happening which was fascinating. Such as using the whiteboard to show the group messages exchanged between Sophia, Zack, and their friends. In Leah’s play she made up an entire story over a Choate sweatshirt, saying that it was her boyfriends. In the second act of Macbeth, the way Shakespeare shows Banquo's murder is both dramatic and scary. Additionally, I was able to see how Macbeth's thoughts were becoming evil such as his wife's thoughts.
