Lets go compare these stories.. One is Called "The building of the wall".. The other one is called "Odin's eight legged steed" these are both bout Norse mythology. Alright let's go compare and contrast these 2 stories.. Will do comparing first and contrasting next.
Comparing these stories. The both have Loki in them. They both had freya the young and beautiful goddess. The stranger, or the mason both wanted the moon and sun and freya to be there wife.
From both stories Odin, wanted to build a wall around Asgard and wanted to keep the Aseir safe and sound. All of them were still called Aseir. Both Lokis tried to trick the people who were trying to build the wall.
