In Homer’s book, The Odyssey, book 9, it tells the story of Odysseus and his tangle with the Cyclops. Odysseus is sailing with his men when they come across an island. The men beach the boat and Odysseus takes a goatskin full of liquor along with twelve of his best fighters to the island with him to explore. On the island, there are Cyclops who don’t have laws, work together, and don’t worship the Gods. Odysseus and his men come across a cave that belonged to the Cyclops, Polyphemus. The men wondered inside looking for Polyphemus. Polyphemus arrives at the cave with stuff for a fire, sheep to milk, and then he closes off the cave with a giant boulder that only he could move. When Polyphemus sees the men, he asks if they were honest traders
