O.J. Simpson isn't just a regular prisoner though. He is a football legend. He is serving a nine to 33 year sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping a child in 2007. In 1995 he was on trial for the murdering of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman. This was named "the trial of the century". O.J. Simpson isn't the only television show about the great O.J. Simpson. There is a five part documentary on ESPN about Mr. Simpson. This show is made about the life of Simpson through the life of his own. The eight our documentary goes in depth about his murdering and in 2007, the robbery and kidnapping that put him behind bars. Even though O.J. watches sports a lot, he has probably never seen the shows though. There are only 10-15 available channels on the prison television that the inmates are allowed to watch, and FX isn't one of those channels. Prisoners are allowed to watch ESPN but they were restricted from watching the documentary, as it is inappropriate and can be a safety risk to Simpson himself as exposure could be dangerous to
