All aspects of the criminal justice system have problems , but the court system specifically has a number of issues that need to be addressed: a problem that need to be fixed. The courts have a problem how the jury is picked by the lawyers and is not at a random draw which would make it more of fair trial. Even though they say the way they pick the jury is suppose to be a fair trial but it really leaves jury members out from being picked because they were denied by the council to serve on that trail (Eigenberg &McGuffee & Garland, 2012).
