Likewise, in the novel “Animal Farm” by George Orwell, Old Major is an important character that with his speech, that the purpose he calls attention to by addressing to it as a dream, gets the purpose across that he wishes for a rebellion against humankind due to the fact that he sees man as evil. He delivers this speech to the animals and instills this idea of rebellion into their minds.
