My eating habits The book Omnivore’s Dilemma looks at the foods we eat in order to see what the ingredients are and how those ingredients affect humans. The book’s largest food focal point is that of corn, which talks about how much corn is made and where it all goes. To this effect the book then discusses healthy foods and so called organic or local food options. After reading this book I believe that buying organically may not actually be as healthy as the general public believes, but locally produced foods may actually have a better taste and less environmental impact.
