The book takes place through the perspective of four high school students who get blamed for the death of their fellow classmate Simon. These four students are big names at Bayview High School, each of them having very different reputations. Bronwyn the brains, Nate the local bad boy, Addy the perfect girl with the perfect boyfriend, and Cooper the future MLB baseball player with a bright future. Then there's Simon. The gossip of the school is known for spreading everyone's business on his About that gossip site. I liked how I could relate to some of the characters on some type of level because the setting took place in high school. In a way, I felt like I could relate to the character Addy throughout the book the most because she was constantly misunderstood. We see her live a double life and when she ended things with Jake she kind of found who she truly was. I related to this in a way because I’ve been through friendships where I felt like I wasn’t myself and when I finally had the courage to leave I found who I really was and what I wanted to be portrayed as. The author also made it interesting by giving us POVs of each character and how they handled each situation that occurred throughout the book. It also had so many cliffhangers and suspense that left you wanting to read more. I would totally recommend this book to others because it was such a good read it gave you everything and more you would want in a book. It had suspense, romance, and mystery. I think the main theme the author was trying to convey in the book was bullying. We see it happen to almost all of the characters in the book, including Simon, who even took his life because of
