I would like to choose outsourcing security because the guaranteed benefits of outsourced security are so attractive and the possible risks of outsourcing are considerable. Outsourcing of information systems function has become a regularly picked alternative of providing information services. Outsourcing is a practice used by a different company to reduce costs by transferring portions of work to outside supplier rather than completing it internally. According to McMillan in his article The Benefits and Risk of Outsourcing April 2010, Outsourcing refers to the transfer of a business activity or function from a client/ customer to a local or foreign third party service provider. Consider outsourcing those functions which can be moved easily. Example: Growth has resulted in an increased need for office space. The current location is very expensive and there is no room to expand. Outsource some simple operations in order to reduce the need for office space. For example, outbound telemarketing or data entry. iv. Operational Control
Operations whose costs are running out of control must be considered for outsourcing. Departments that may have evolved over time into uncontrolled and poorly managed areas are prime motivators for outsourcing. Continuity & Risk Management
Periods of high employee turnover will add uncertainty and inconsistency to the operations. Outsourcing will provided a level of continuity to the company while reducing the risk that a substandard level of operation would bring to the company. Example: The human resource manager is on an extended medical leave and the two administrative assistants leave for new jobs in a very short period of time. Outsourcing the human resource function would reduce the risk and allow the company to keep operating.
Outsourcing also has several disadvantages. Signing contracts with other companies may take time and extra effort from a firm's legal team. Security threats occur if another party has access to a company's confidential information and then the party suffers a data breach. A lack of communication between the company and the outsourced provider may occur, which could delay the completion of projects.
There are the differentiation advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing security:

Swiftness and Expertise Synchronizing the deliverables
Concentrating on core process rather than the supporting ones Lack of customer
