Overfishing is a global crisis in which humans catch a large amount of fish at a very high and fast rate, where fish are not able to reproduce fast enough for other fishermen to fish again (eSchooltoday). If fishermen catch baby fish with the fully grown fish, the baby fish will not be able to reproduce again, so the amount of that certain species of fish will start to decrease, which will later lead to that species decimating (becoming extinct).
