P.R.I.C.E. of Success model encourages students at Herzing University to reach their highest potential and influences students to be successful within their career goal and in life general. The P.R.I.C.E. model has five elements that helps students develop these qualities. Professionalism being the first element, means to be accountable for what you say and do, assuming responsibility for your actions whether wrong or right and dressing appropriately in the work environment.
